    Sager NP8258 / Clevo P157SM‏-A - SPECIAL EDITION! or Sager NP8298 / Clevo P177SM-A

Which should i choose. I want to buy from LPC

    Both will have:
    GTX 880
    i7 4810MQ
    HyperX 16GB Dual Channel DDR3L 1600MHz
    HDD
    250 GB Samsung EVO SSD.

So i am thinking which should i choose, isnt the 17inch one better cooled then the 15 inch one?

Possibly, but I have the 8258-S (157SM-A) and in 27c ambient room temperature my GPU tends to stick in the middle 80's and has spiked to 91c when playing Borderland 2 in ultra 1920x1024. The CPU's averaged around 80c.

For a rather warm room, without a laptop cooler, that is still well in the safety zone.

Normally, in my 22c room temperature, I get highs of 86c on GPU and 78c on CPU. With the laptop cooler, the GPU averages 78-82c (depending on the game and how long I play it), and the CPU usually sits between 69-74c.

So while the 17" may cool a bit better, the 15" cools more than well enough.

The 17 inch has a copper CPU cooler and a larger power brick which helps if you want to overclock.

The 15 inch is more portable, if you don't mind a larger machine get the 17 inch, if it needs to be portable get the 15 inch.

Exactly this, and also the 17" will likely shave a few degrees off cooling because of the extra space in the chassis and the copper cooling.

I wanted portability with being a system architect and always being on the go, if you're more stationary with the occasional moving, Meaker's viewpoint is spot on.

It's a very small difference cooling wise, so it's nice to have but not essential so you can go either way depending on size needs.
