    Hi

Hoping someone can help. I have an XMGP702 (Clevo P170?), with hd4000 and 680m, running win7 x64. I've just got an Asus PB278Q monitor 1440p.

When I connect via displayport, nothing happens - no plug and play indication, nuttin.

I can connect via hdmi or dvi, with a max resolution of 1080p.

What am I doing wrong? My instinct is the displayport on the back of my machine is not active...

EDIT: sorted... unplugging and replugging and rebooting randomly and repeatedly worked. Technology eh?

Sometimes Windows doesn't default the output on it's own. Sort of strange that it was exclusive to the DisplayPort on your laptop, but good that it's working now. :)
