The hinge specifically on my alt and shift keys are broken. Does anyone know of a place I can purchase the hinges or the entire key with the hinges if need be? Thank you.

If you broke the retainer clips, you will probably need to replace the whole keyboard. Contact your reseller (if applicable) and they be able to either ship you the keys - if they can in fact be salvaged - or request a keyboard. You may be asked to send the whole unit so they can replace the keyboard for you, regardless of your warranty status; it just depends on where you purchased from.
