Wouldn't mind if you took some size comparisons, also which reseller did you do business with.

Last but not least, as stated above, some personal comments :)

Going to install Diablo III on my new machine, and then I'll install 3dmark 11, tomorrow with daylight i'll take some photos and post some results because it's late now.
By the way I'm now with 16GB ddr3.

    Just one thing, i thought i read that it would have a AC/DC adapter of 180W, but it's 220W, 19V 11.57A
    Probably I was mistaken.

afaik there arent any official drivers yet so enduro wont be running...

isnt that score a bit low thought? i think the alienwares were passing 7k or not?

I didn't test with higher frequencies, tomorrow i'll try that.

Wrong. Enduro does work. 7k also seems pretty high since it scores about 5500 stock.

Aww core clock at 1Ghz shouldn't be stable on actuals GPU's (Except for Nvidia's Quadro). Let's wait a bit and dream of it !

1ghz on the core stable for BF3 or Crysis 2 is unlikely to be stable, they are such demanding games - I've got an MSI GT680 Barebone (with 2720qm) with the 7970M and benchmark wise here's what I've got:
    984/1500 @ stock voltage 1.05v
AMD Radeon HD 7970M video card benchmark result - Intel Core i7-2720QM Processor,Micro-Star International Co., Ltd. MS-16F2 score: P6632 3DMarks

AMD Radeon HD 7970M video card benchmark result - Intel Core i7-2720QM Processor,Micro-Star International Co., Ltd. MS-16F2 score: P22591 3DMarks

    1030/1500 @ 1.10v
AMD Radeon HD 7970M video card benchmark result - Intel Core i7-2720QM Processor,Micro-Star International Co., Ltd. MS-16F2 score: P6802 3DMarks

However, BF3 is only rock stable at 965/1450 - I can certainly bump the memory but increaasing just slightly the core result in a "AMD Drivers stopped responding..."

Maybe better support with future drivers...

    Any tutorials on the 7970M overclock ? im on P150EM, i7-3610QM,7970M 2Go.
I'd like the most secure overclock on stock volts. Vbios/Software no preference on that.
    Thx in adv.

Not bad, still content with the results for those clock speeds. I wouldn't OC to 1ghz or higher anyways, I'm content with playing BF3 on ultra 1080p @ 50-60 fps from a laptop :)
