    Why I have Turbo ratio only 33 - 3.3 GHz ?
    In specification - Max Turbo Frequency 3.6 GHz !!!

    It could be because it's a QS chip but that's just a shot in the dark.

    The advertised Turbo is for One core in Turbo.
    The 2860QM will turbo at 3.3Ghz on 4 cores.
    Everything is as it should be.
