So after some exhaustive research and searching for the last week since I bought this laptop I have already emailed for support but don't have the money or trust at the moment to pay Eurocomm $89 to update my Bios especially since they couldn't even answer my simple questions in my emails. All I got was, this is how much, when would be good for you for us to install it. That was about it.

After tons or research and searching I am relatively sure I am on the Clevo Bios not the Sager, since I am clearly using a Clevo P370EM and the Bios is actually pretty outdated. So here is what I know:

Downloaded the EC Firmware and Bios updates from here:
    https://repo.palkeo.com/clevo-mirror/P370EM/
I know I need to flash the EC first then the Bios.

    My current versions are:
    Bios:
    1.02.03aNS1
    EC:
    1.00.W7SA1

    My questions,
Are the ones listed on the site correct and what I need to apply.
I found a guide somewhere on how to apply it but I want to make sure I do so correctly.

I came from an old Lenovo W520 so flashing was super simple and done through the OS..
Anyways, thank you in advance for any help/insight/or assistance you provide!

I personally create a bootable DOS USB thumb drive with the BIOS

Do you even have the BIOS? Is there anything wrong with your current BIOS? I wouldn't waste the effort trying to flash if you dont need it

Got them from the mirror in the first post, at the moment it is working okay so I haven't bothered to attempt an upgrade. However and right now at this moment, I have Secure Boot turned off because it wasn't allowing Windows 10 to boot so I am running in Legacy mode.. Not sure if that was related to the Bios or not, the only options it gives me are Secure Boot for Windows 8, which "should work" and it did for a few days then it started having issues and I had to disable it..

Secure boot doesn't matter, its useless, and even my AW 17 with newest BIOS only shows WIN 8 secure boot

Good to know, and yeah I have never seen much of an improvement when using it..
