    Hello Clevo experts,

I connected the Clevo to the new monitor using a mini DP to DP cable but it doesnt work.

What could be the problem ? Acer monitor has DP 1.2 but Clevo Thunderbolt is only 1.1 compatible.

Could this be the problem ?

    Thank you.

It does use the update to the thunderbolt chipset to allow DP1.2, make sure both the display cable and adapter are high quality.

Where can i find thunderbolt chipset drivers to allow DP 1.2.

I tried quality cables and the same ressult.
The notebook monitor getting dark and external monitor showing No Signal.

It seems it does not work , has someone connected this Clevo to an external monitor with resolution over Full HD through Thunderbolt port ?
