My friend owns the p751dmg-g with 980 4k g sync laptop.
He wants to downgrade to fhd screen and hree is the question ? Is this possible to do without lossing g-sync ? Im not sure but i think 4k screens are 40pin where fhd ones are 30 ? I could get the orginal g-sync panel from taht model but im not sure if it will fit the 4k version.

You would need a 30 pin cable and a display that was shipped at the time that was g-sync certified.

It is exactly like Meaker@Sager said. The only approved fhd for this model is the LP156WF6-SPB1 and the 30-pin cable you need is '6-43-P7501-042-1C'.
This is not a very good panel though, so you might want to prepare for some regression in image quality. What exact panel do you have atm? See, it might also be possible to keep the current cable and use a 120Hz panel instead; some of these use a 40-pin connector. -
