Hi! :) I have bought a Samsung 970 Evo M.2 NVMe SSD drive for my Raiontech DX1 - Clevo P771ZM (even if the CPU-Z tells me it's a different model: P750ZM) but unfortunately the bios was unable to recognize it.

I read some post that said that Prema Bios will make the drive work seamlessly with that machine (to boot windows from nvme) but can't found it on the Prema Mod Website or in this forum.

can someone help me? Maybe @Prema

    Thank you.

It should work as a storage drive but then stock bios does not support nvme booting. The Prema bios is not readily available.

I have read a guide about to get full NVMe support for all Systems with an AMI UEFI BIOS... or use a clover for booting. But I don't know, is it worth it?

That depends on how much your time is worth.

    New I suppose that's a rhetorical question?

Anyway I meant about possible risks...

Possible risks in flashing custom firmware mostly includes bricking the system.

To be fair I'm writing that I succeeded. I succeeded in two ways: one installing clover as bootloader and second one flashing bios with a little mod. I don't know if I can provide a link to another forum, but it's easy finding both by google ;)

Thank u all (and sorry for my little english)
