Well the title sums it up well. Had just put on Artic MX4 last night. Checked out temps playing games and all seemed well. Played some more games today and temps hadn't reached anything critical and then the game crashed. Went to a backlit black screen but I could still hear the game. Did a hard shut down and now it won't boot. Screen is lit. Can actuate number lock and caps lock, but not really any signs of life. No boot up noise, backlight on keyboard doesn't come on. I reseated all main components without any change. Before I go hunting for parts who wants to hopefully give me some good news and an easy fix?

If the laptop supports optimus, try running the graphics off of the iGPU, though, I don't think the dedicated GPU is dead as you get back-lights.

If that doesn't work, try hooking up an external monitor, but the keyboard backlights issue is weird. As much as I hate saying this, it may be the motherboard. I would try just putting the CPU and GPU in and working your way up.

No Clevo LGA/MXM machines have iGPU connected. No support.

Can OP post into bios and see the bios screen?

You are best off trying to swap out the GPU, most likely it's cooked.

Based on my experience, I get things like this on my Clevo P750 DM3 unit with bad memory. It just sits on a black screen. I'd suggest pulling out the memory modules and trying one at a time to see if it helps. I have two boards here and both play the same games with memory that isn't behaving itself, so just offer it as something worth trying.

Also from what @philstopford said in a different slot to see if there is a slot issue.

Unable to get into bios, screen is fully black during that time with no backlight. I've tried different slots for the memory and different memory. I'll likely rob my MSI laptop for it's chips to see if maybe both ram sticks went out at the same time

Well I tried the ram from my old MSI with no change. So I've contacted the seller and hopefully a good resolution can be made. Overall I still really enjoy the laptop and it's a bummer I'm back to my old MSI but at least I got a taste of Clevo greatness again

Didn't do the trick, sending it in for return. Real shame because I really enjoyed it for the day or two of use
