Yes it's possible!
LP173WF4-SPF1 = https://www.panelook.com/LP173WF4-SPF1_LG Display_17.3_LCM_overview_21056.html
If you take the outline size 385.95(W)×218.9(H) mm and compare model you listed for the right size you should be able to find a match that fits.
https://www.panelook.com/modelcompare.php?ids=21056,25358 Shows the physical size is the same
I will suggest though looking at the alternate models and comparing the features in case you run into a seller that's offering compatible panels in place of the specific model you're looking at as they tend to switch which model is being shipped. Verify the specific model you want is what you're going to get before ordering it.
If you need the 30 socket --> 40 pin cable those can be an issue to find but, I did a replacement on a different model and was able to get both the panel & cable from kreplacement.com fairly easily after trying to track them down on different sites from China with different shipping times / costs. Ordering both from the same company makes things easier to get things done efficiently.Etzubasa likes this. -
Can you help me make the right purchase please. -

You'll need the cable for the 40pin and then the panel just has to match the dimensions as above, worth checking the connector position too.

My advice would be to go for the panel in my signature (AUO B173HAN03.1 (144Hz @ g-sync)) since it supports 144hz and if you use dsanke's BIOS , you can get gsync working (mine does with a 8700k cpu)

I wanted to change the panel of my clevo because I replaced the i9 9900k with i7 8086k and I have a benq ew3280u 4k external monitor
I changed the i9 9900k cpu to i7 8086k and wanted to change the panel to enable g-sync, as you can see from the nvidia control panel there is no g-sync.Last edited: Oct 20, 2020 -

It depends on the base BIOS used to create the mod and what it had signed for G-Sync.
Clevo P775DM3-G possible upgrade panel?
