Now, I've had this issue for a long long time. The (admittedly very crappy) Clevo Control Center always stopped working for me after a while, and thus I couldn't change my keyboard colour, nor (worse) screen brightness.
I tried re-downloading it from Clevo website, but it seems that downloads no longer work there for some reason.

I also tried to use OBSIDIAN-PC Control Station, but it doesn't solve the issue at all - keyboard LED button does nothing, and Brightness is always resetting to "-1%".

Does anyone know any (hopefully permanent) solution to this issue?

Edit: I tried installing Intel Graphics Driver, but it claims my system doesn't meet minimum requirements. Intel website troubleshooting page says it means that Nvidia GPU might be disabling intel's graphics. I hope it's not related to my issue, and if it is, then I hope there's some workaround.
Related note: changing brightness did work for me before, but only relatively briefly.

Edit 2: I found some old download of CCC (Hotkey) on my drive, however installing it didn't solve these issues at all. Bummer.

I have p775tm1-g and the same problem. First you need to clean installed windows.
The second is do not install ccc, you should install only obsidian fan control, keyboard etc. This way perfectly work for my laptop

This sounds less than perfect... but then, my OS definitely could use a reinstall by now.
The only issue is having to set up all of my tooling and customizations again (matters a lot as I'm a programmer), but seems like unless someone finds an another solution, then I have an additional motivation now.

Also check the Windows error log. On dirty windows I had a problem. From time to time, the brightness was uncontrolled and i can't adjust it, after reboot, began to be adjusted. cleanup installation helped fix that bug

Clevo laptops with LGA/MXM doesn’t support Intel graphics. Not possible.

When you reinstalled CCC and NVIDIA drivers, did you completely remove the older versions? Also, which power profiles and settings do you use?

Update: as @Stanleyv17 suggested, I did full OS reinstall - it was due time anyway. It did sort a few minor issues I had, but unfortunately screen brightness still stuck at -1% in OBSIDIAN-PC ControlStation.

I am unsure if I did before - but now I'm on fresh OS installation. As suggested by @Stanleyv17 , I did not install CCC this time at all, only OBSIDIAN-PC software, but still screen brightness and kb backlight controls do not work for me.

Yep. But no matter what I set, keyboard backlight stays default.

Didn't try this. Odd that it'd be required if it worked before, but hey.
Any one you suggest for P775TM1 with GTX 1080 and i7 8700K? Perhaps I should also try asking my reseller before trying anything here?

Ok, I updated EC and BIOS given to my by the reseller. Installing it was some of the more stressful times as it refused to work after (note to self: never do it before your holiday lol), but after a long CMOS reset and followed keyboard fixes (I guess I unplugged it by accident), I eventually got it into working order - phew.

Unfortunately, it didn't fix screen brightness neither keyboard backlight. Obsidian-PC still reports brightness as -1%, and keyboard backlight still doesn't react.
The reseller suggested I install CCC now. Any suggestions I can try before trying that? Would like to avoid reinstalling OS again if some other suggestion comes up.
