    Hi experts,

My laptop is undervolted on gpu and cpu with -200mv and -125mv respectively.Sometimes after 20 minutes of gaming the fan speed goes from maximum down to automatic and i can not change the fanprofile, therefore the laptop overheats and throttles. After a reboot everything is fine.

Has anyone experienced the same problem?

    Thanks in advance

Are you using Clevo Control Center to undervolt? If so, that's likely the source of your problem. Uninstall the program, shut down your machine, pull the CMOS battery to reset the BIOS and NVRAM, then boot back into Windows. That should, in theory, reset the fan curve.

Also, that's a big undervolt on the GPU. Are you sure your machine is 100% stable with that?

    Thank you for your reply

Im using throttlestop for the cpu and underclocked it for some games to 3700 ghz, i have the modded ccc version of obsidian-pc without the xtu service .My Gpu is stable at 1850 mhz / 0,850 v

But i will try your suggestions and report back

If you don't have XTU installed with CCC, then you're probably fine there, but you should back off on the undervolt to see if thing stabilize. Use the Heaven benchmark to test.

Maybe your fan curve has got corrupted and drops the fan down once it gets above a certain point. It might be worth an EC reflash.

That is a crazy undervolt, never undervolt more than -150mV and that's for a stock clocks 6700K. I don't know what specs you have to tell you anything

its best to put your specs in your sig so we can help you better

also tell us what are your core / cache ratios

@Phoenix, Good point about what components are involved. But what @Dede76 is saying is there's a -200 mV undervolt on the GPU and -125 mV on the CPU.

cpu core and cpu cache are both -125 mv ,the cache ratio limit is default .:8-41 using throttlestop.I had sound issues as i changed the values before

I contacted my reseller here in Germany one week ago for the cpu delidding ,so i guess there is now another reason for him to look after the laptop and maybe reflash the bios.I will keep you all informed about it.Thank you again.

Hi,my laptop is back from my Reseller

Cpu is delidded and repasted with liquid metal

Bios is reflashed to a newer version 1.06.02 and Ec 1.06.01

The Laptop is very quite and cool ,even with less undervolting, fan profiles work correct ,no throttling at all

Windows is clean installed and thanks to obsidian tool it was very easy with the driver installation too

there is only one thing ,Gsynch doesn´t work,it disappeared from the nvcp

    Any ideas ?!

The Panel is Lg Philipps LP173WF4-SPF1 ,the older Bios versions were 1.05.02 and 1.05.01

I heard from a another customer from a reseller in Turkey ,that his problems vanished with the bios version 1.06.04 .

Can somebody provide me with this version? my reseller doesn´t have it.
