    Every battery like every CPU is different, you will get slight variations and different points where they will bed in.

    @Jakamo5: its normal for brand new batteries to be shown in the OS as "slightly off" or "slightly worn". try and properly calibrate your battery to your os by letting it discharge without pause until ur machine switches off by itself and then recharging it (again without interruption) back to 100%. chances are that that 3.6% wear will then disappear :)

    and yes, no wear shown, still reaching the maximum capacity it was originally designed for. i can make a screenie if youd like me to :)

    Well as I said, all cells are different, his cells were likely over the rated capacity and so still read as 100%.
