Hi friends,
I have the clevo p870tm1g, the screen is dead so I used to connect it to external monitor, it was fine but doesn't work now. The laptop turns on, there's backlight but no signal sent to monitor. Do you know what might be the issue? Thanks

Sounds like the GPU might be toast.
If you're going to pop the case to replace it you might as well figure out the panel issue as well. Swapping out cables / panel / GPU could bring it back to life and offer you some portability again.
I would probably start by removing the GPU and see if the iGPU on the CPU will drive the monitor.

The iGPU is completely disabled on P7/P8 models.

It's disabled in the sense that it does not have power delivery present on the actual board, not just to annoy you in particular.

If the iGPU is on the CPU w/ standard socket wiring in place it should be able to be enabled.

The IGPU needs its own power stages, those pins are not wired to anything on the socket as it was never meant to be powered.
