I have repasted both CPU and GPU with Kryonaut.

Throttling only appears on Battlefield V and it gets to 100 degrees Celsius.

I have an unlocked BIOS with over voltage settings modified.

I wanted to know where I can check if the heatsink is Copper and I can apply Conductonaut on the CPU. If not what about MX-4 thermal paste? I have read in some places that above 80 degrees Kryonaut works like a regular paste.

i am also thinking in changing the thermal pads with new ones, what size?

    Thank you.

Can check whether you have CPU uneven core temps?

Maximum 3 degrees difference between 1 core and another at full load

Peak temperatures can be quite different to sustained temperatures given turbo, have you plotted the averages over time?

Averages at 50W are around 95-98 with peaks to 100

Maybe I should lower againt the wattage and leave it at stock 45? Is that it is sad to have an unlocked bios, be able to pull up the wattage but that the cooler cant handle it, I am thinking very seriously about Conductonaut for the CPU... I will cover it good to avoid leakages

Would be better if you can upload a video of Aida64 (FPU only) running with monitoring software visible. From the picture you attached above I can see 10+C difference

You never mentioned power modding it already in the OP...

It's a thin and light (for the specs) so yes power modding it will make it run very hot.

Liquid metal would be about the only way to go at this point while ensuring perfect contact.

Hi I own the p970ed and run the cpu unlocked (60-80w )and liquid metal.
The gpu bios is flashed to 90w VS 80w stock.
Max temp of the cpu in BF V is 88-90 degrees at 60% fanspeed.
Gpu maximum is 76 degrees with 50% fanspeed.

Your GPU still has MiniDP output? It’s an rtx 2070 like mine right?

Can you please provide me with it?

That temperatures are at the CPU running at 3.9GHz?

GPU also has liquid metal? I was thinking in leaving thermal paste for the GPU.

Awaiting your answer and a 3DMark timespy if possible.

    thank you.

I will go for Conductonaut as I suppose his laptop and mine have the same cooling.

    I
I would like to ask for the thermal pads size, I want to get the correct ones as I want better ones, I am thinking about the arctic pads.

No mine is equiped with a i7 8750h (nearly the same as 9750h) and a RTX2060.
The cputemps are at 3,9ghz constant and a undervolt of -100mv.
Gpu is overclocked and has liquid metal but it's just 1 degrees cooler vs kryonaut.
Here's my firestrikescore everything maxed-out notice the combined load (relevant for gaming) this where I gained the most:

Or even 55w would make a big difference, that's still a 20% uplift over stock va the 100% you are at with 90w.

That will make the CPU run at 3.2 under load.

I have compared your results with mine and it seems that my 8750H is holding me back:

Yours has Conductonaut on the CPU?
