    Hi,

I am surprised that Logical Blue One (logicalblueone.com.au) is not on the sticky list of Australian resellers for Clevo. They have the cheapest prices out of all resellers i have seen in Australia, and i think i have seen them all, and they have a reputation for being both really friendly and having great support before and after purchase.

I just ordered a Clevo P150hmb from them, and contacted them over the phone to make a change to my order and can attest to their support. It took about 2 seconds for someone to pick up the phone, no answering machine or automated messages. They were pleasant, helpful and to the point, providing me with a new invoice for my customisation and billing me.

I couldn't agree more pepi18. Oddly enough I ordered P150 from them last week and it arrived today. Very cheap price, very good advice over the phone, no wait times, they answered emails from their website within a few hours. Outstanding service and I love my new machine I'm typing on right now!

Thanks again Jack & Hadley for the suberb support! Coming from Dell this has been such a pleasant change, never again will I touch that evil corporate giant time sucking... I digress - LBO = Happiness

Thanks for the Smarties too, free chocolate.

    Congratz on you're new laptop!

Why do I live in Singapore?! LOL joking but I do wish our resellers were as nice as the one you described. I'm into my 4th week of waiting for my lappy now... They said it will most likely arrive tomorrow, but if Australian resellers can get build-to-order coms in just a week, I have no idea why our resellers can't.

Btw, do they always give out free chocolate? Hmmm... chocolate... boy does that make me hungry...

I bought mine from LBO as well and quite early too. I wrote my experience with them in my review at my sig. I think they also have a forum rep here (jack-lbo).

The best thing about LBO was that they shipped my laptop with 3 Easter egg chocolates haha and their Matte upgrade is half the price from US resellers ($140~ USD as opposed to $99AUD).

EDIT: cook99: Haha you got chocolates too? Smarties even! :D !

Oooh that is a long wait! I feel for you :/.

Yes it seems to be the case. This thread is the best Clevo P150hm user review thread i have seen with extensive details and many pictures, covering the many ups and the sprinkle of downs of the laptop. The review starts with the purchase from Logical Blue One, and includes a picture of the choccies. My order was similar xD but slightly cheaper.

    [USER REVIEW] Sager/Clevo Horize NP8150 (P150HM)

I highly recommend this user review to anyone who is looking to purchase a Clevo P150hm (Sager NP8150) or purchase from Logical Blue One.\

EDIT: The author of this review just posted right above me just seconds before i posted this.

Oh Lamp how exciting! I just finished writing a post talking about you're thread on Lowyat, which i recently discovered myself, and then low and behold you posted right here seconds before me! I saw you mention in you're post that you have been using notebookreview for a while.

I read you're review from top to bottom before my order and during my anticipation as i await my laptop and i love it. Also worth mentioning is that it was from you're thread that i discovered Logical Blue One, so i can't thank you enough.

What a small world! Missing a post by a few seconds ;) Lol

I especially enjoyed reading thisisalamp's review. Thanks a lot! And the pain of waiting... though I have actually waited much longer than 4 weeks for my notebook as I did order a different one but cancelled it after 3 plus weeks because of issues with the service and the irresistible prospect of owning a 6970M.

Haha thanks for reading :) ! You might want to mention about including a fingerprint reader on your laptops (I didn't, so I was lacking one). Not a biggie but still something worth mentioning.

Haha, i could not be more comfortable and confident with my decision to get the Clevo P150hm. It is exactly what i need minus some fancies. I am extremely happy with my choice.

Now the wait for my laptop to arrive begins.. Jack said it is will not be ready for another week at least :/. I'm just going to have to suck it up and be patient.

LOL same situation, though I've been waiting for 3-4 weeks already. I sure hope that I will like it when it arrives! Was contemplating between the NP8150-S1 I ordered and the Alienware M14x (which ships so much faster...)
