I have not seen any options higher than FHD/144Hz for the newly released Clevo Laptops. Anyone know any resellers who do have the option?

Yes exactly, but my point being about PB71 Clevo series with RTX 2070, there's not a single reseller that provide 4K options for this 17.3" laptop either. Anyone know one, especially from Europe?

No 4k g-sync validation yet and no 4k 16.1" screens that I am aware of.

That's unfortunate. No 4K options for the new 15.6"/17.3" models as well, right? Personally, I'm not prioritizing G-Sync and instead am aiming for a non-Pentile display (i.e. Sharp IPS).

Also appears none of the new models have 1440P/120Hz or even 1440P/60Hz either to my knowledge.

Such shame. The one thing that is still superior in my ten years old Clevo compared to what you guys can buy today is the resolution, 1920x1200 :D. Got 120 extra pixels in height.

That's actually hilarious. I guess I'll be sticking to my Sager NP8153 with 4K G-Sync Display and a non-Max-Q GTX 1070. It's nearing three years old at this point. It's also hilarious that the RTX 2070 Max-Q isn't even significantly faster than my GPU. Only the RTX 2080 Max-Q is definitively faster. Laptops have seriously been going downhill it seems.

Might be better off popping one in yourself.

You keep saying the same thing again and again. How about this: does Sager or any of the resellers offer a laptop without LCD panel? Since I am popping one in myself?

No, we always sell a complete system and and reseller will want you to keep an original panel for warranty purposes.

Then the reseller should be able to provide a panel that we prefer, we're not all gamers out there that want to get this laptop and actually need a better resolution panel.

I'm sure a reseller out there will put the idea forward for you, this kind of thing is based on demand vs cost.

It's not a common size so runs would have to be specially done. Runs in the 10s of thousands.
