It should be enabled by default. Have you tested with any programs like CPU-Z and Prime95 at the same time to see what the clock speeds show.

Hi and thanks for your reply. The clock speed is 2.30 Ghz but that isn't turbo boost for 3610qm Intel processor id utility doesnt report the boost speed.

    Intel® Core™ i7-3610QM Processor
(6M Cache, up to 3.30 GHz)

That utility may just be reporting what the CPU is, not sure as I really do not use it. CPU-Z is a free download and will report exactly what the CPU is working at. Prime95 will stress the CPU and should make the turbo kick in. Install and run those and see what CPU-Z reports.

WxxxER series models all have their CPU Turbo disabled while the NVIDIA GPU is used.
My BIOS Mod removes that lock and the CPU can use its Turbo also when gaming (using GPU).

So it can't be done with software, i'll have to flash with you bios mod? Also, do i have to pay attention to temps, any special conditions or things i have to watch out for?

The system will automatically throttle when temps get too high, so yeah just flash ahoy & enjoy! :)

@Premamod FTW... I'm surprised that Clevo would pull such a stunt... It's seems Alienware does these stunts nowadays lol..

The thought I believe was it was more important for the GPU to remain in as high a clock state for gaming as possible than let the CPU turbo up. 2.4Ghz is still plenty for the class of GPU.
