I am in the process of troubleshooting a RAM issue in my Sager NP6350 and I am trying to locate DIMM1 (Channel-A). I have also been inquiring about this issue on the official NP6350 thread here (#314 and #315):
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/sag...vo-w350etq-sager-np6350-owners-lounge-32.html

I think the main stick of RAM is under the keyboard but cannot figure out how to get it off to look. I have found some Youtube videos that describe how to remove one from a NP8150 and a P170 but they do not appear to be the same methodolgy as mine.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction.

    Thanks in advance!

Both RAM slots on the NP6350 should be accessible under the main bay on the bottom, one just lays on top of the other. BangBangPlay posted a picture of his NP6350 on the owners lounge: http://forum.notebookreview.com/sag...vo-w350etq-sager-np6350-owners-lounge-30.html (Page 30 Post #300)
Click on the pic provided and on the bottom left image you'll see the Vengeance RAM that was installed, see how one overlaps the other.

Thank you for the response. The picture you mention shows Channel-A, Dimm0 and Channel-B Dimm0. Channel-A Dimm1 is in fact under the keyboard. My IT guy at work found the online manual which I will post when I get the link.

    Thanks for the follow-up!
