I just bought my Clevo W350SS from ProStar. When I plug in my external monitor via HDMI and use duplicate displays, my laptop screen shows some transparent, horizontal waves when I play games and something is moving fast vertically. This happens in both FIFA 14 and Warcraft III (haven't tried other games). The strange thing is that it is totally fine in my external monitor, no wave shows at all. On the other hand, when I disconnect the external monitor, the laptop display is also totally fine. This is not a huge deal for me because soon I won't be using my external monitor at all, but just wonder if any of you guy encountered something like this. I mean this should not be a video card problem, because it is fine in the external monitor, but it is also not a monitor problem, because my laptop screen is fine when I don't use external monitor, and it is also fine when I uninstall the NVIDIA driver and use integrated graphics. I really can't figure out where the problem is.

That aside,my experience with this laptop has been really excellent. However, there is one other thing that bothers me: the space button is not really responsive. It is not dead or anything, but it doesn't response when I press lightly on the lower half of the button. When I hold the lower half, it takes like 3 seconds for the button to start spamming. Some tips on this are also very appreciated.

    Hey maskrey,

Long shot here, but have you tried updating the Intel HD graphics driver? Since the display (internal or external) is routed to the Intel chip, it's possibly this.

Feel free to PM me or contact us about this as well. It doesn't sound like anything is defective, but we don't want to get complacent and then have something else turn up.

Updated both Intel HD driver and NVIDIA driver, still the same thing.
