The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Clevo W860CU barebone?

    Other than RJtech, is there some where else I can get one w/out cpu, mem, and hard disk. I can get those parts individually much cheaper and save about $200 than getting it from any of these pre configured dealers.

    I have not seen any other reseller that just sold barebones, however a forum member here named Babyhemi can hook you up with a barebone system.
