Hey,
Just take of the back, and there is 1 screw that holds the DVD drive in place.
It is located to the right of the ram, you can see it on this picture:
Get a caddy from ebay. I got a "fenvi" from there, like this one: New Laptop 12.7mm SATA TO SATA 2ND HDD HARD DRIVE caddy | eBay
It's not perfectly aligned but it will fit with a bit of "jiggling" about -
You can check here to see if theriko has this particular model within his long list of clevo service manuals.

mine's the one with USB 3, the later revisions...
No video on assembly? And what screwdriver?
and whatta mean "not perfectly aligned?" Explain that more! -
is there a better place to get a caddy than that guy on ebay? and like, a video of a teardown of the W860cu?
-
You don't need a video "teardown", it's really simple:

Also, check out this thread:

The ebay caddy is not perfectly aligned meaning that you will have to use a flat screwdriver to "push" it up so that it will connect with the sata port. It is all very simple really.
EDIT: Here is the service manual: http://www.mediafire.com/?2dvei3u2jt1 -
jeez, lotsa screws... is all the screws the same and use a philips or what kind?
