If a mod could update the title to say Clevo W860CU/Sager 8690 LVDS Flex Cable that'd be great.

I've been having a problem with my screen lately. After a long and laborious process, I have ruled out the screen itself, and the GPU. I'm looking for some ideas on what else it could be?

The first thing that comes to mind is the LVDS Cable. This presents two problem in itself, 1. I have no idea where the end of the cable (that goes into the computer) is. I've gone in through the keyboard without any luck. My only next option would be to take the motherboard out and search under it, which I am reluctant to do.

    2. I can't find a replacement LVDS Cable for a W860cu ANYWHERE. I've searched the places I could think of and came up with nothing.

Is anyone here able to provide me any help? I'd appreciate it :)

    Thanks!
