    interesting question!

    seeing as this is a clevo card with MXM 3.0 B and due to the fact that the HM series also originally came with 460M compatibility, i would actually give this operation a green light. cant give you a 100% guarantee for this though :p maybe @Prema could shed some light on this...

    I stumbled on a "Nvidia N10P-NS-A3 NVS 5100 1GB MXM 3.0A GPU"

    would there be someone here that can confirm the compatibility with my CLEVO p150hm ?

    As far as I'm aware, it's not compatible - at least not without any modification (firmware). Someone else will have to confirm if they have tried already; we stuck with the FX cards instead.

    cant open the link, but it seems to be a dell/alienware card? if thats the case, then youre out of luck again, clevos are known to be a bit biatchy when it comes to dell gpus. not the other way round though!

    msi could work, theyre not as critical as dell cards in clevos :)

    No doesn't working, max ati card 7970m(only v1.2) and max nvidia 680m . the gtx 260gtx and the quadro 4000m are cheap and working . All the other cards when you install them to p150hm working the fan at maximum speed and shut down the machine without picture in screen.

    I have actually last week received a second hand quadro 4000m and it works in my clevo p150hm.

    The bios however does not recognize the card during boot but in Windows drivers are properly installed and it seems to work fine.

    Is anyone aware of a VBIOS for quadro cards for a clevo p150hmx? I can't seem to find any on the net...

    No it's not a problem in the bios the "empty" in the card. When my 7970m working has the same empty bios , but working perfect for 2 years. Now i am looking for a card . Did you use mod inf for quadro drivers?

    The model never shipped with a quadro officially so there will be no off ciao vbios. The bios string is just text and has no bearing on operation so don't worry about that.
