The XTU software does work fine, think I had a couple of issues setting it up for the first time because of Admin rights in Windows 7 but there's not any incompatability with the OS afaik. That's with the version available in the link below of course.
If you're having problems with it crashing during auto tune then go into Windows in safe mode and re-set to defaults. -
I flashed to the latest bios and ec and mine works now?

Also freeze here when XTU Logo appears! Win7 64bit! Installed the Software as Administrator, run as Administrator! Latest Bios 05/03
-
Also try Running as vista sp2 compatible mode.

Maybe the rams must supporting the Intel Extreme Memory Profile (XMP)! I see you use Kingston HyperX with XMP Support! -

1. Chipset
2. Intel Storage - Intel Matrix Storage Manager
3. Audio Adapter
4. Video Adapter
Only then add other drivers and such... -
I have a clean install !! I know about this!

Hi!
Problem fixed!
With the official Bios from Clevo and the bios that is listed at the mySN Site XTU dont work! (Official 05/ KBC 03 Bios)!
With the 05cs Bios, listed at the Sager Site, XTU works correct!
Link to the OC Bios: Software Upgrade

We have never had any issues with XTU (apart from what I mentioned previously) but from what la.ultima said above there may be differences between what different companies are shipping in terms of BIOS revisions.
It should work on any type of RAM btw but of course depends on what clocks you are changing. -
flashed BIOS to 05CS and it finally worked!!!!!!!!!!!
but a small strange things happened
though it is nothing to do with tuning -
Just a note, for me the previous bios works best, bios 728bv02fs. This latest bios doesnt hold an OC, the OC has to be applied every so often, like after every 5 shutdowns or so
Clevo X7200 XTU version
