The XTU software does work fine, think I had a couple of issues setting it up for the first time because of Admin rights in Windows 7 but there's not any incompatability with the OS afaik. That's with the version available in the link below of course.

If you're having problems with it crashing during auto tune then go into Windows in safe mode and re-set to defaults.

If all of this fails you may need to do a clean instal of the OS. Make sure when you do a clean install that you install the drivers in the proper order...

    1. Chipset
    2. Intel Storage - Intel Matrix Storage Manager
    3. Audio Adapter
    4. Video Adapter

Only then add other drivers and such... :)

    Hi!

    Problem fixed!

With the official Bios from Clevo and the bios that is listed at the mySN Site XTU dont work! (Official 05/ KBC 03 Bios)!

With the 05cs Bios, listed at the Sager Site, XTU works correct!

Link to the OC Bios: Software Upgrade

    Best regards

I think we were running BIOS 02 at the time - I posted that after 05 was released but would have been refering to testing before the release of 05. Would have been Win7 64 also. Looks like BIOS updates to 05 have sorted out peeps issues though :) We have never had any issues with XTU (apart from what I mentioned previously) but from what la.ultima said above there may be differences between what different companies are shipping in terms of BIOS revisions.

It should work on any type of RAM btw but of course depends on what clocks you are changing.

Just a note, for me the previous bios works best, bios 728bv02fs. This latest bios doesnt hold an OC, the OC has to be applied every so often, like after every 5 shutdowns or so
