Ok bought 2 Clevo X8100's both identical and with 8 gigs of memory in them.

Long story short, found out using prime 95 that 3 of the 4 4gig samsung 1066/1333 memory modules were bad (tested in both slots of both machines each module seperately).

Recieved 4 4gig memory modules from retailer brand supertalent 1333 modules.

Tried all 4 modules in laptop #1, laptop #1 would either lock up on post or crash windows while loading or immediately after loading.

Tried all 4 supertalent modules in laptop #2, works fine and tests fine with prime 95.

Took known good samsung module and put it in laptop #1, tried it in both memory slots and tested with prime 95. Works fine in either memory slot. Laptop runs smooth.

Question, anyone have a clue why i cannot use the super talent memory modules in laptop #1?
