    Clevo and Alienware?

    I know clevo has been responsible for making several of alienware computers. I was curious if they are also making alienware's new 8800GTX compatible 15 and 17 inch computers? I was wondering if they were what were the odds of releasing a compareable spec system with sager?

    To my knowledge, Clevo isn't supplying the barebones units for any of Alienware's current lineup, but, from what I can recall of the latest Alienware specs on their 8800M GTX models, the 17" isn't too far off from the NP9262 (although I think Alienware is actually using Santa Rosa processors, instead of the desktop Conroe processors Sager/Clevo are using). Don't count on anybody but Alienware having the heat-trap that is the 15" model with an 8800M, though.

    Alienware designs their own casing and they have a company called Arima manufacture it for them.

    i just checked alienware's website and all they have for laptops is a 17 inch with a 8800m if you find a link please post so i could check out the specs
