    Clevo barebone w/o CA Tax?

    Is there any place where i can get a Clevo barebone without tax? since rjtech charges CA tax

    Excluding RJTech, two of the three major Clevo barebones distributors are located here in California. The last one, Eurocom, is in Canada, but I'm not going to go into any details with them. If you want to avoid the absurdly high 9.75% CA sales tax, you will need to, legally, have your notebook be shipped to someone you know outside of California, which I did with my W870CU, then have the recipient ship it to you or have you pick it up.

    Just to give us some perspective, 9.75% sales tax for a $2,000 purchase is $195. You can potentially save 3/4 of that amount by having it three-point shipped using a middleman.
