Hi, CCC doesn't work anymore, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but it won't start. The fans are completely stopped (they only work when I boot the pc). I also disabled fast boot but still nothing. There are many problems after the last windows 10 update. In your opinion should I do a clean windows installation?

    Which version?

In Task Manager, after you attempt to open the program, do you see any indication of CCC running in 'Processes' or 'Details'?

You may also be able to look in Windows Event Viewer and see if you have any program events related to CCC after you attempt to open it. If it's crashing, that event should be in there.

My clevo is X170KM-g and i have installed CCC 3.43. In processes and details there is only DCHUservice.exe but there isn't control centre.

I will use this solution as a last resort or if they tell me it's the only solution. My Clevo model does not yet have the PREMA mod and therefore I cannot set the fans. If I had prema mod, I would no longer care about CCC and I used XTU and BIOS
