Is there any way to control my fan on a better way on my P375SM-A? So far as soon as the temps reach around 60c the CPU fan ramps up by 80% for a couple of seconds and then ramps down to around 10% after it cooled the CPU down to 50c. This is not only annoyingly loud but completely stupid considering that the notebook would be absolutely fine on ~20%.

When looking at Clevo control center the "fan control" seems to work the same way, it's completely unusable.

Even in the final updates, the fan profile behaved similarly. What version EC do you have?

Probably best to confer with Prema, then. I'm not sure if any adjustments to fan tables were made in his mod for this specific model or not.

Pretty sure it isn't the model allows for custom fan profiles, so I'm actually looking for software or so that can fix this instead. It doesn't seem like I'm bound to internal EC fan profiles.

    Hey Danishblunt,

try using Clevo Hotkey app for P671RG(aka XMG U706). even the user defined setting is working for my P377sm-a.
    their version is 5.0001.39.

I'm totally satisfied with this version.

I'll be damned. Now this is amazing. I'm on youtube and the fans are not spinning. Thank god. Under stresstest the fan profile is pretty good!

Thank you man this control center version will get on my "treasure USB stick" alongside the Prema BIOS and Phoenix software kit =D
    @XMG
Thank you for having decent control center.

Will this work on a P870DM3? I’m getting tired of loud fans when just surfing the web. I’m on Prema bios from fall of last year. I’ll get in touch with HIDEvolution today to get latest bios and maybe that will help. But otherwise I’d like to try this version of hotkey if it helps with the fan noise.

It should work. I think in your case it's more a temp problem than a fan problem. Only thing that is out of control is the damn GPU fan.

Well thank you. I was mad with the fan behavior of my Clevo W550SU, installing 5.0001.0.39 Control Center made significant improvement
I do have XTU installed for a light undervolt.
Also I edited CC OEM.ini file with SupportXTUFanTable=0 parameter.

To clarify, actually the P671RG is the XMG P706 - the XMG U706 is based on the P771DM1 chassis.

Probably since clevo is a lazy company and reuse the same software over and over again for different models I wouldn't be suprised if it would work.

Why would you re-write the software for every model? That would be nuts.

If I have the P751TM-G would the link given actually fix the issue I have with my current control center where I am unable to save a custom fan curve?

I can turn on the PC, open CC, select the custom fan curve I made (The settings are saved) but if I restart the PC, I have to manualy select the custom fan curve everytime.

Probably not, The control center does work for my fan profiles but it causes other funny glitches such as changing and note saving my keyboard color. It's just one of the things you gotta live with when you buy clevo.
