This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hello everybody,
    I have the impression that I might look like a black sheep in here, since I only see the gaming oriented discussions.
    I am looking for a laptop for studying with office apps (such as Anki and SuperMemo) and watching movies and YT. I want decent battery life and a 15.6" display w decent sRGB %.
    I searched around in the EU resellers' websites and I liked the Clevo NS50MU, NL50NU and Schenker work 15.
    The problem is I can't find any reviews nor teardowns of these laptops.

    They are more traditional designs and are not so in the main limelight it's true.
