    Hi there,

I have installed all drivers for Windows 10, however, the keyboard light still not working.

    Does someone has an idea?

    Try re-installing your hotkey program.

Right, the clevo control center is what will control the backlighting. Check your seller's page for it and let us know if it works.

So the backlight is working now? Or the program is installed and it still doesn't have a backlight? Just want to make sure I'm reading that correctly.

Have you tried a different version of the control center? Has it ever worked and just stopped, or did it not work the whole time?

You may need to check the LED cable connection. The keyboard LED cable is the small, orange-ish colored one (be careful with either cable; the connection at the motherboard is somewhat fragile).

    I should add that...

If its a ribbon cable, don't forget to "unlock" the connector. If its a plug, grab onto the base of the plug. NEVER EVER pull any sort of cabling by the actual cable. Especially when they are less than a mm thick.

It's a flat ribbon cable secured by a small, plastic clip that flips 90 degrees.

Good advice, by the way, especially on the latter - those soldered wires come undone fairly easily on the smaller, less robust connectors.
