The only drivers I find on the driver cd for XP 64 are:

    Chipset
    Modem
    LAN
    Cardbus
    Cardreader
    Touchpad
    Wlan
    Fingerprint reader

    I think I saw a video driver for XP64 on Laptopvideo2go

No, there is no such thing. It works, but XP x64 isn't supported by Clevo. Try Vista x64.

This is a first. I`ve heard of people running XP x64 on M570RUs so this makes no sense. Firstly , try stock drivers, all of them , and get them from the source(nvidia, clevo, etc).
If that doesn`t work, get another OS, I guess

From what I have read on-line, XP64 has a problem with drivers. Somehow, Vista 64 has better driver support than XP64.

No it hasn't any problems. Poor support from manufacturers, yes. Clevo has problems with drivers. Vista x64 is better supported by driver developers, that's the real problem here.

For the PCI Flash memory try to uninstall the driver first, of course first try to run the setup under Cardbus from the CD. Then once its uninstalled it may pick it up, USB 2.0 Is the Camera for that try to install the STK115 driver first then Bison worked for me and restart, Finger print look under x64 should pick up the driver, Network controller is the intel wireless driver so run it from the CD as well and Unknown... i believe its something with the chipset or CIR but not 100% sure. But try the stock drivers first, I personally am creating a dual boot, and I’m using Windows XP Pro x64 SP1 still need to do the update. Good luck

Clevo has stopped XP x64 support since the previous generation notebooks.

The best OS's that has full support are:
    - XP x86
    - Vista x86 and x64

Also, how are the temps on that X7900 CPU ? O_O

I will agree with the others here and say that XP 64 is not really worth it.

Your best choices are XP32 and Vista64.

driver support is probably better now for Vista64.

perhaps do what some other members are doing and set up a dual boot and use both operating systems.

I think that XP32 will still yield equal if not better gaming performance than Vista64 ( correct me if i am wrong )

Performance under XP is better, but it is likely you will notice any difference (with your eyes) compared to Vista.
