    Hello everyone,

    Does anyone know for certain if the P870DM is the only model that fits with the P5000 MXM? What about the P5200 MXM?

    Do you by any chance know of any other seller that sells a P870DM barebones with an unlocked BIOS?

    I think you can also buy a mxm p5000 upgrade kit from @Eurocom Support

    Thanks so much for that info - right now I'm looking for an unlocked BIOS P870DM barebones so that I can test a few more things - any chance you know of any sellers on this form/anywhere else that can sell that? The hardest part is finding someone that sells it with the unlocked BIOS.

    That is a model discontinued by many sellers. You could ask @woodzstack @Donald@HIDevolution
    @tanzmeister
    may be they can help you.
    I think you could also ask eurocom for a p870dm with a unlocked bios or check the marketplace of this forum.

    sort of unrelated, will eurocom ever support MXM 3.0 to NVMe PCIE SSDs adaptor? many old laptop has dual GPU slot, take out one of them for those PCIE adaptor and use PCIE SSDs and boot off of them.

    i don't but just curious if its doable. because GPU runs off cpu pcie lanes which is same as desktop HHHL SSDs running directly off pcie lanes and still be bootable. maybe there will be a type of adapter NVMe SSDs to mxm 3.0 PCB?
