    Hi,
I plan on buying an m860tu real soon. I contacted the company that spreads the notebooks throughout Belgium to know where I could get this notebook.
They contacted a guy close to me and he contacted me.
He normally delivers only to shops but he agreed on getting me one, the warranty however is 'factory warranty', don't know the actual word.. sorry about that.

My question is now, what if something breaks? For example, the graphics card. Do I have to send my notebook to Clevo to get it repaired or what?
If so... do they offer good services? (Pick up & return and such...)

    Thanks

which company is it exactly? the warranty of clevo products is transferable, which means if something happened to it, you can send it to the company your bought it from to fix. clevo won't repair it for you.

Clevo doesn't deal with end-users, so you'll have to send it to the company that built your system for repair.

Well I don't really know what kind of company this is...
I'm gonna send a mail and ask what happens if something breaks down, but as he said... he normally delivers to shops and those shops probably give out the general warranty. Now that he delivers the notebook straight to me... I don't really know what to expect, who to turn to.

I think you should find yourself an authorized reseller from here: http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=264311
so whatever happen in future, you can deal with them directly. the shop you are talking about are very unlikely able to fix it as they probably have no spare parts of m860tu.

I did check that page, there are no alternatives for reasonable prices here in Belgium.
The 2 resellers stated on that page are Discoveries.be and secondly Pointer systems.
Pointer systems still hasn't got the m860tu on the list. And Discoveries was the company I spoke of earlier, the one I contacted and hooked me up with one of their clients.
