There might be a CPU issue. Try swapping your CPU.

Your laptop is using a Intel Ivybridge CPU LGA1155 socket. These are the i7's that would fit in you laptop: http://ark.intel.com/products/family/75023/4th-Generation-Intel-Core-i7-Processors#@Mobile

Those are Ivy Bridge CPUs listed.
You might have a faulty motherboard. If you have a CPU you can test first, that would be ideal as far as troubleshooting this goes. -
gonna test a cpu
could it be psu? -

If same problem with a different CPU, I think you will need to have the motherboard replaced. -
Now I tested with another cpu
And it didnt start , it just turnd off after lightning up for 10 sec
I put old cpu in and its like before -
Its not the psu
maybe bios or motherboard -

It's sounding like the motherboard. Can you ship it to your reseller for RMA service? -
Nopo the warranty is out
I gonna bye a new motherboard
But first test to fix bios -

Hey, I think you tried CMOS battery reset but maybe you should try...
Taking out all the RAM + CMOS and system battery then hold down the power button for 1 minute, Insert 1 stick of RAM (if you have multiple only Install one) and then install CMOS battery then finally insert the system battery + plug AC adapter.
Hope this helps. If all fails you need a new GPU or motherboard.Spartan@HIDevolution and Donald@Paladin44 like this. -

They don't offer out of warranty service? You'll probably end up paying more by having them do it, but it should be thoroughly tested at least.
If you find a board, let us know if you need help. -

It seems that you will need a new mobo.
