How is the screen on the p670hs-g?

I'm at a bit of a crossroads. Basically I've come down to two clevo models I'm really interested in. The p670hs-g and the p650hs-g. I live in military barracks so I don't have space for a desktop. At the same time I don't need to be mobile with my laptop. Mainly a gaming rig.

Is it worth giving up the option of the 120hz screen on the 650 and moving up to a bigger screen? I've never gamed on a 120hz screen but I do know I like IPS panels. Am I just limiting the power of the 1070 if I don't get the 120hz?

Personally I would take the 120hz panel over the 60hz panel any day of the week. I can't stand my 60hz panels now that I've got a 144hz desktop monitor and unfortunately my P650RP came out just before the 120hz panels hit.

That being said, the 17" LG panel is commonly overclockable anywhere from 90-100hz which is quite decent.
