    Specs

    i7 7700k 4.4
    gtx 1070 sli
    24gb hyperX ram
    4k resolution

MY problem is when I try to play a game in full screen the screen goes crazy and start flickering, but when I put It into borderless mode it works. any ideas of what is causing this? I had this with my previous laptop and ended up getting a replacement just put it on today and to find its doing the same problem. does any1 know a fix for this ? also it wont let me install any new drivers for the GPUs.

Another way to stop the flickering is to project it to another screen and it stops instantly. but when u turn off the second display it still works but when I exit the program and start it back up it goes mad again.

    thanks in advance

Btw I found the error with the flickering screen.

it is a faulty SLI cable so if anyone else is having this issue then that's what it is.

As of the drivers well that's mostly NVIDIA but I reinstalled windows and that seemed to have fixed the issue.

    Hope It helps

You mean for the P870DM? It should be 6-43-P8720-011.

The cable should be the same. We have a P870DM3 in RMA at the moment with two 10xx cards, and that's the part number on the cable for that system.

If your reseller doesn't have it, try having a look elsewhere.. RJTech, CEG, Eurocom are some places to have a look at!

Yep, they should not be too hard to come by from resellers.
