I've start to have a next kind of problem.

My M860ETU with win7 x64 start to have extreme often BSoD... All error codes were relevant to RAM (2x2Gb Corsair CL7).
I've bought new memory pack (2+4Gb Kingston CL7). I've not tested it long enough, but memtest says ok after 5 hours and 3 days no BSoD.
But MemTest was ok with old memory too, and rearly was able to BSoD during the test (just black screen).

Anyway, with new memory I can't use "Sleep Mode" at all.
First of all, when I'm sending it to sleep, it's doing something 10-15 mins, and then sleeping.
When I'm waking it up, I have just black screen, with no any response at all.
I had the same reaction from NB when it was BSoDing and I was trying to reboot it.
To fix it, I need to disable battery, open backplate, switch RAM sticks in their slots.
Then startup in Safe Mode, it will load with no errors, then switch off, add battery back, and to start as normal.
Log will show no errors at all.

If I'll try to start first time not in Safe Mode - it will hang with black screen in between "Starting Windows" and Winlogon.
If I'll try to start first time with batter in - it will have black screen on the start, non sys startup at all. just blinking all possible LEDs.

I'm wonder, what can be the issue. Restoring WIN sys files and etc - not helping at all.

    Many thanks in advance.
