My Clevo170 was accidentally dropped when the shoulder strap on the carrier bag broke and I couldn't react in time to stop impact with the ground. I'm lucky I can still work on it but the left ventilation part is broken and I'm afraid if I don't get the part repaired performance is going to suffer.

Since the warranty on my machine expired some time ago, I need to take the machine to a dedicated repair centre personally but I have no idea where to go. I doubt there's somewhere in London which is convenient so if necessary a short train ride elsewhare will have to do.

Anyone got any suggestions on what I can do? Clevo's worldwide website talk about a place in Reading which is a designated service centre but I don't know if that's a feasible option.

I need actual repairs, not a new system as yet. The website doesn't seem to have any info on actual physical repairs.

I'm in London right now, current machine bought from the same vendor as your previous machine roughly a year ago.
Birmingham is a little far, but at least I have info on opening times. So long as they don't mind me dropping in personally I might give it a go though I'm not too confident with navigating my way to an industrial estate.

If you get a message rejecting a PM, try again since I've had to change a few control panel settings.

London-based repair centres would be most ideal, since I'm terrible with getting packaging personal visits are probably safer especially now I've found out that the 170HM is no longer an actively produced machine.
