    Close Lid Problems

    hi when i close my lid of clevo m570tu the screen dont turn off, dont go to sleep nothing.. help thx

    You may need to edit your power options. For example in vista go to the bottom right of you taskbar and single click the battery icon.

    Click on:
    -more power options
    -change plan settings
    -change advanced power settings (under the plan you use).

    Then change the settings under 'power buttons and lid' to your liking.

    If this does not work then it could be a driver issue so try something like the official nvidia 179.28 for notebooks or a driver from http://www.laptopvideo2go.com

    My M860TU has started to do that as well. I have it set to sleep upon the lid closing however it fails to do so anymore.

    if youve updated your bios lately this could have caused the problem.
    if not i have no idea.

    yes i update :eek: but at time the lid is ok, sorry for my english
