my np9380's 4700mq idles around 50C (ambient temp is about 25C) and reaches 75C while gaming. The two 780m also get pretty hot, with one reaching 92C after 2 hours of gaming. Are these normal temperatures?

the cpu temps are spot on.
the 92c gpu is a couple of c over and you may notice throttling a little. this is normal to protect the hardware.
im no expert when it comes to sli setups but if the other gpu is a lot lower you might need to redo the thermal paste on the higher reading card.

what is the other gpu temp and what are you using to monitor your temperatures. lots of software in my sig below.

From what I read, the second GPU is often cooler due to it being less utilized than the master GPU.
At least in Crossfire, thats the case often. Master vs Slave, the latter is always cooler.

    Thanks for your replies.

I just gamed for another few hours, and the highest temp difference between the two 780m's are marginal. I use HWmonitor and GPUz to monitor temps.

Here's the result from 15 min furmark burn-in test:

So what should I do to lower the temperature, and in turn, the throttling?

Pretty normal for a furmark run there.
