Considering Sager NP6165 from XoticPC, if I need service, can I bring it to Sager in CA?

Turns out Sager is located a city away from my work and I'm considering buying it from XoticPC however.

At first I wasn't going to buy a Sager from xoticpc because they charge sales tax for CA residents although they're based in Nebraska (apparently the laptop gets built in CA). Then i found a post where they said they'll cover the shipping from CA to NE, then back to CA so the CA resident wouldn't have to pay sales tax.

I don't anticipate running into issues, but if I do, can I bring it to Sager or do I have to mail it in to xoticpc?

Yes you sure can and many people have. Sager will cover all parts they install which is pretty much all the hardware. Other upgrades like custom skin or overclocking that we do, they wont cover. If in doubt just let us set up the service first then bring it to them for the work.
