Hello, has anyone tried to contact Cizmo lately. I sent my laptop to them for repairing 2-3 months ago and I haven't received any replies to my e-mail. Starting to fear that the company has gone down and my 1000 € with it.

What happens when you call? No one answers?

3 months is inexcusable, and scary.

You are in Europe though, and there are laws which protect you.

haven't made the call yet since I have been living in the hope for answer and their homepage is also up which seems odd assuming they have gone down.

Seeing as how it's been more than a couple months, you should definitely give them a call, even if it's just to find out what exactly they are up to.

I can't comprehend how you wouldn't have called by now.

There website looks like it hasn't been updated because I still see the GeForce GT 425M and GTX 285. They might have gone out of business without you knowing.

Did you manage to contact the reseller, and find out what exactly happened?

Not saying that they have but if they have gone bump then it is unlikely in my experience you will see your laptop again, you would have to register as a creditor and then god knows

    best of luck :)
