So I was wondering if people here have an Idea how I can improve my CPU temps on my Clevo P157SM. The issue I'm facing is not high max temps (low - mid 70s on gaming) but my idle temps are imo way to high (50s). Any ideas how I can improve the Idle temp so that when I do basic stuff like browsing the fans won't turn on?

That's the issue, with no fans there is no airflow so you will always hover at the point that is set at the fan curve because the passive flow is so low. Raising the back slightly will help with convection.

Is there even a way to make a custom fan curve with P15x notebooks?
