I'll be honest, I'm still fairly new to the mobile market in terms of upgrading hardware.

Intel's roadmap shows the C2E X9300 3.33GHz (3.72 oc) CPU coming out sometime this year. With a BIOS update, can I expect to be able to upgrade to this CPU? Can I even expect a BIOS upgrade? Sometimes companies don't prolong support as incentive to buy a whole new system....

i doubt you'll even need a bios update you already are using and extreme so i will bet straight plug and play.

    Thanks guys.

its dual core. X9300, not QX9300, which already exists.
