Couple questions before I buy from Malibal!!!

Hey so I'm about to make a purchase of a laptop from Malibal, but just had a couple questions!

First of all, are there any promo codes I can insert to use for discounts?

Also, I heard I can get free shipping for being a member of this forum. How exactly do I do this? Because if I make the order, the extra ~$50 for shipping will be tacked onto my bill!

I ordered from Malibal 2 days ago but had to pay them the $50 for shipping and just got the standard $125 off orders over $1500 promo they are running now... What other promo codes did you get?

 

You should PM them. They sent me a code via PM for shipping so i am sure they will do that for you. Although i'm not sure how they would handle it since you already ordered without the discount applied at that time.

And yes, they do reply pretty quickly.

I was told that it is only for members with enough posts. I was a lurker and had not registered here before I ordered so I still had to pay shipping.

 

Well, I had a few posts and registered before I ordered, they just replied to my email saying they would give me the shipping promo, w00t!

Also, I ordered the U3 cooler thinking it was the U2, the problem being my backpack probably won't fit the U3. I asked them about it in my email about the shipping promo and they said I could just cancel that part of the order even though I'd already payed them.

Great customer service from these guys!

 

Yeah I bought the laptop that night I made this thread. Work pretty much keeps me from replying at a decent time frame here, lol. Malibal seems amazing, I told my older brother since I had to use his CC and he was surprised at how fast they replied(I pm'd Malibal after this thread about something else, and got a reply in under 3 minutes)!

I'm pretty sure I decided to go through Malibal not for the price, but the customer service, reviews, and also the name Malibal sounds cool and will be on my laptop forever (these obviously aren't the only reasons!)

Thanks Malibal <3 can't wait till I get my laptop(is there a way to track the delivery or status? My brother jokingly asked if they would send me a picture or video of my laptop before I received it, which would be awesome and funny ).
