that looks like a living nightmare. Wish there was a video of how to reach to that stage

Umm, i basically watched @Mr. Fox 's video and then kinda eyeballed it from there, its pretty easy once you know which screws need to be taken out and after that you can take the front out easily.
I can make a video for you if you want next week, when i put my 4k panel back in. -

One time my laptop was still running and I put it in my backpack. Afterwards it doesn't feel the same, and my speaker were crackling every now and then. I wonder if the heat from being stuffed inside the backpack had to do anything with it. The computer was kinda hot when I took it out -_-
Although it seems like it went away after a while. Wonder what happened. -

Wouldn't be the first time I've heard of an experience like this. It's disheartening, BUT that's good that it seems to have sorted itself out over time.Georgel and Spartan@HIDevolution like this. -

That video in particular has crackling recorded, it is audible on smartphone or any other device...Spartan@HIDevolution likes this.

So, figured out what was happening.
Not installing CCC will let some of the settings in their factory set - power saving.
Installing CCC will mess with many settings inside the system. This is why I stopped installing CCC, want a better experience, less crashing.
So, the crackling disappears after disabling power saving in audio driver IF there is no CCC.
With CCC, there is no crackling that I can notice. But I run no undervolt at the moment as I'm testing a few compatibility problems that are caused by windows / drivers and I want to rule out any kind of crash that might be caused by undervolting / overclocking.
EDIT::: Explanation : without CCC, windows puts that very same driver to sleep. This causes it to stop playing sound, and when it wakes up, it doesn't wake up easily. -

oh darn, didn't realize that, thanks for the heads up br0 -

well if you don't have CC, try this:
here is an old post from my previous forum database that I owned, and this was a post to fix audio crackling in ASUS taptops which also used the Realtek Audio Chipset:

Elegant solution. Seems to solve everything for now.
I'll probably give up and install CCC eventually, but after I rule out any driver problems I might face.Mr. Fox and Spartan@HIDevolution like this. -

Looks like you figured this out prior to my post in the other thread. Good job.
In case it helps someone else, here are the things I suggested:

This is DPC latency and can be cause by drivers. Network and video drivers are the most common culprits. You can identify what driver is causing it with LatencyMon from Resplendence: http://www.resplendence.com/downloads
Try using @j95 GeForce driver mod and see if the DPC latency improves. [Alienware & Clevo] Aftermarket Upgrades Driver Support - Modded INF
If your Realtek audio control panel has an option for power management, be sure to disable that. This being enabled can sometimes cause audio artifacts.
If you have HWiNFO64 running with EC Support enabled, this will also cause DPC latency. Be sure to disable that. I almost always have audio artifacts with the EC Support box checked.
