may I ask when you ordered?

I'm exchanging my 5790 for a 9260 soon and I don't want there to be a big wait...

May I ask why you're blocking the intake fans by using that monster on a soft, pliable mattress?

I did that with my m570U and I think that was at least part of why I had to RMA it for a motherboard replacement. Fortunately they did it under warranty... (thank you RJTech...)

If you must run it on a bed, do it on top of a laptop cooler or at the very least a cardboard box so the system can get air.

my order took quite some time....as it was a preorder. The paint job took about 4 weeks though....I usually don't use it on that mattress, only to take some pics...
